Summer!

In the last week of the summer holidays, my family and i went to alton towers. we were going to be in the park for at least 2 days.We weren't staying in the alton towers hotel,but we were staying in a cottage in alton.We set off at 7:00am and the jorney took us 3 and a half hours in total. when we got there on the tuesday it was a beautiful summers day.we finally got in to the theme park at about 11:00.
When we got in it was packed and there was about 1 hours que for every ride. The first ride we went on wasnt a dare devil ride but just a normal rated ride.it was great and we only had to que for 15 minutes!

The first big ride i went on was oblivion, it has a vertical drop,at first i didnt want to go on, but when i got on the ride i loved it!

We went for lunch next, and we had a picnic.Then we went for a walk around the place, we went on the cable cars down to the far end of the park. we went on the water river ride thing and got really wet!
We went on a few more rides then it was time to go back to the cottage.
The next day we went back to alton towere, but this day it was raining, so we got soaked before we even got into alton towers. the first ride we went on that day was nemesis. We didnt even que that day we got straight on. i thought i was going to hate it, but in the end i loved it!

We went on a lot more rides after nemesis, including air, thirteen, rita, hex,mine train and the last ride of alton towers was the water ride it was great.
I loved alton toweres it was a great experience i would love to go again!
